By default, this is the agreement and terms you agree with by providing traffic at ALPHOCAP Group or being an affiliate.
Allowed traffic sources: Social media, email, push, pop, display and Google (Sweepstakes/eCom angle).
GEOs / CPAs available: Worldwide — if not on the list, ask one of our team members. CPAs is fixed as standard.
Caps: Unlimited — Start slow, and see payouts and good performance, before scaling. Performance needs to be good from both sides.
Payout terms: Weekly payout + net8 payment — WIRE transfer or crypto.
Traffic restrictions (not allowed): Fraud traffic, stolen credit cards, prepaid cards, exit traffic, FX traffic, crypto traffic, bot traffic & AI traffic — The affiliate deal will be terminated and all outstanding payments will be held if this is not complied.
Tracking & Reporting: All tracking both clicks and conversions is handled by S2S Postback URL.
This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between ALPHOCAP Group ("The Company") and the Affiliate / Publisher ("The Partner").
By accessing offers, receiving campaign links, running traffic, or working with ALPHOCAP Group in any capacity, the Partner automatically accepts and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
The Partner operates as an independent contractor and not as an employee, representative, agency, partner, or legal representative of the Company. The Partner is solely responsible for taxes, VAT obligations, accounting, ad accounts, employees, operational costs, and compliance with local laws and advertising regulations.
Unless otherwise approved by the Company, the following traffic sources are permitted: Social Media Traffic, Email, Push, Pop, Display, Google.
Payouts are processed according to agreed terms. Weekly payout + net8. Wire transfer or crypto.
The Partner must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Fraud, bot traffic, stolen credit cards, and unauthorized traffic sources will result in termination and forfeiture of outstanding payments.
